At the bottom of this page ( animation ) is how to render to wireframe. For a still pic just set-up the animation as a bmp sequence with one or 2 frames.

Set the image up to render as an animation, the when you go to "Render Animation" hold down the shift key, but with no timeline, in otherwords just one frame for still images, otherwise, just hold the shift key down when you hit render animation and you can render out a full wireframe animation file.

Do atleast one thing a day that scares the hell outta ya!!

To make a material transparent, just click the M icon while an object is selected and drag the transparancy slider to the left.

If what you are looking for is a couple of objects textured with their wireframe in your remder, what you can do is pass the object's model through UVMapper and use a photoeditor to alter/adjust the resulting mesh image. The you just re-attach it to your object back in bryce as a photo texture. The link (If I figured it right) should point to one of my images this was done in.

Pass no temptation lightly by, for one never knows when it may pass again!
