I know it says that Vue 4 can be run on Windows 95--says so on e-on's website. Anyhow, the other day I installed it, supposedly successfully on a Windows 95 PC, but when I tried to open it, it gave me an error of a missing DLL--"WS2_32.DLL". That's a System file. So I took copied it from my Win 98 PC, and I guess Vue read it, but then complained about it missing a DLL called "WS2Help.DLL". When a Windows program is missing DLL files, you only hear about it one at a time, so I can't tell what else it might be missing, after I transplant WS2Help.DLL. Is there any way of finding out what other files it might need? Better yet, why is it not working on Win 95? As far as I know, there's nothing wrong with the installation of the OS, but I wouldn't swear to it. In any event, before I totally reformat it, I want to see if it will work once I have all the files that Vue 4 is looking for. I know this is probably more a question for Steve Bell at E-on, but I'm hoping someone here can suggest something, if there's anyone here successfully using Vue 4 on Win 95. Thanks. :) Mike

Those are WinSock 2 files Mike...which are a bit hit and miss in Win95, so you may need the Microsoft WinSock 2 update :o) http://www.microsoft.com/Windows95/downloads/contents/WUAdminTools/S_WUNetworkingTools/W95Sockets2/Default.asp Hope that helps ;o) Cheers
