I recieved an email about the update for Total Hair, I tried to download it, but it was still trying to charge my credit card. The email from Harvey Mann said: http://www.renderosity.com/homepage.ez and click "My Purchases" to access your original Total Hair purchase and get the update.You must re-download your original purchase to get the update. It wasn't listed in "My Purchases". What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
