I wanted to make a mroph with a open smile with teeth closed together not a open smile. How can I do a morph for doing that?

A cheesy grin? What software have you got? What character are you using? How important is this to you? How much experience have you with Poser's magnets?

Hmm not sure what a cheesy grin is its a grin with the teeth together. I have Cinema 4d and poser pro pack I am using Musclebound Michael and Michael 2.0 Magnets I say very little, I have used them but most of the time can't figure out why they are not working Its important I want to start trying to make morphs and other stuff with poser so lets just say I would like to know and leave it at that.

Mike 2 has so many morphs already I would have thought you could have done this, so I've just tried. I found using a negative value on 'open mouth' (way down at the bottom) keeps the teeth together and 'smile left' and 'right' brought a grin in, you can adjust the lips too to make him bare his teeth more. Using a magnet on his lips alone is fraught with difficulties due to the proximity of the teeth and the curve of the face so if you can't get satisfactory results using the existing morphs (and remember you can always spawn a new morph from your adjustments by selecting that option from the object menu) then exporting the head as an object (remember to select 'as morph target, no world transformations) and make your adjustments to the polygons individually...
