Ordered mover yesterday at 8 AM get an email at 5 PM telling me they are reviewing my order, (mind you I paid the $45 to get it the next day). Get an email this morning saying that I have a bad S.N. Do these people even own computers?? Now I have to wait until 8 AM to talk to someone, and probably fax a copy of my receipt, which costs more money because it's not toll-free. What really ticks me off if that I bought it from them and all my info is the same. Makes you wonder how they manage to stay in business. I registered the program the day I bought it, but everytime I've gone in to get an update I have to re-register. They should just hire someone else to take care of their business end. Thanks for letting me vent. If they don't deal with it today I will just cancel my order and forget about mover. Marque
