sorry, looked at the wrong one.. The hat and hair? I am not sure who;s that is. I haven't seen it before.

I think that's the surfer hair available in freestuff. Sorry, don't remember who did it.

Found it. Do a search for Surfer Hair. It's by MayaX.

If you go to "Top" on the site you originally referenced, then go to Downloads they also have the hair available there.

Maya has a sevond set of hair, too. I think the second one is called bob.

thanks everyone :) i was curious if the hair in the hat&hair picture was available somewhere, and if someone reconized it.
