I bought Mover4 as soon as I could, 86-GBP thank you very much.... but my credit card statement says 88!! Any ideas what is going on? I emailed e-on on Monday - 5 days ago, and I have yet to hear anything, I know that it it "only" 2, but I can't afford just to throw money away, especially since I agreed on the price! empty pockets Steve :o(

Could it be from currency exchange rate? They flucuate all the time and I know when I order internationally prices on my cc will vary from a few pennies to a buck or two. I don't know if that is the case for you though. :)

Just be patient. You WILL get an answer. Maybe e-on's people had some vacation? Guitta

hey, I used to pay a lot in foreign country and I think it's your bank that add this 2 pounds for "International payment" or thing like that... That all~ Laurent

Steve, according to the prices on E-on's site ,it's 73 for the download, 81 for the CD version, add to that 8 shipping, you payd 1 less than you should have. Exchange rates vary 10th's of a cent either way at the moment and the rates shouldn't matter anyway if Eon quotes euro's , dollars and pounds. If it means anthing the went from Euro 1.60 to 1.57 (80x3ct=2.40 or about 2) To make matters more interesting Eon charges European customers more salestax than they should, 24% instead of 19.5% , no reason not to buy Mover unless you're not into animation or unless like me you've decided to make 4.06 the last VUE you'll buy :)

Thanks for the replies guys! :) It is probably the international payment thing; I am glad, I didn't like to think of e-on as bad guys! :) Steve :o) PS just FYI here is the breakdown of charges on my order confirmation Mover 4 (CD-ROM version) 67.73 Shipping Charges: 4.18 Net Total: 71.91 Sales Tax / VAT: 14.09 Gross Total: 86.00
