Does anyone here know where i can find a cloak for Micheal (Preferably free, I'm poor) that wraps completely around him and has a billow morph so it looks like it's being spread out?

There is a cloak in the Romantix set I made for Michael.

heyas; there was a dracula's cape.... in the free stuff, i think. i'm also working on a fur cape, which could be, um, 'shaved' into a normal cape.
