Coolnes and I also love #4 most. BTW, how do you'll get this little critters to stay still untill one can frame his picture and shot?? Tried this several times but without much success. cheers Thomas

I didn't know they laid their eggs under water. Interesting, and great close ups. #4 & 5 are very cool.

I love dragonflies....they are absolutely my most favorite bugs, and I think they are beautiful. These are wonderful shots Nico...so cool that she stayed still for you...they are tough to catch!

zardoz, you cant imagine the time it took to get this close. This one was laying eggs, so I think she got better things to do than avoid me. And I shot over two rolls of film, getting about ten good pics. .n

Nice shots Niko a great subject to snap and some difficult lighting by the looks of it, bet we see these wings turn up somewhere. :O)
