I played with the demo from Maximum PC, and couldn't get it to work the way it was supposed to. Actually, I was kind of afraid to try too hard - it's too expensive a program for me to get addicted to right now! :-) Huolong: Flash is a program for creating vector based animations for the Web, originally the "little brother" of Macromedia's Director program, but it and it's companion Shockwave have taken lives of their own since the initial releases.

start with www.flashzone.com and you'll find some tutorials there, and links to lots of other flash hangouts. i have a question for you other flashers.. when i call duplicatemovie() it always puts the movie on top of everything else, even other layers (!?!) how can i change the z-order so it can go behind something?

I like http://www.shockfusion.com for discussion and other info. It's kind of like a Flash version of this place.
