Subject: Best settings for anmation for web?

I m using Mover4 in Vue 4.1. I have created a small animation with a Poser scene imported. Since I do not normally do this type of animation, I rendered it at 320 x 240 72dpi using MOV format. There are about 380 frames. The file size was 24 MB. A little too big! What parameters should I use to render it? Usually I render small animations from Poser in flash format and I can control their file size. I want it as small as possible but still adequately viewable.

Thanks

I was hoping somebody answered this question. I would like to know too:-). Many creators of animation uses an outside program to compress. But when you don't have any... and I don't... Guitta
