Subject: Help!!! I got a poser file I can't delete!

I have a PC with Windows XL, I tried to delete a poser freebie file I downloaded and I got tha attached message, when I went to the folder with the db file and tried to delete it I got the second message. How do I get rid I the file if I can't delete it?
