Am I allowed to place a post with a short story on it for advice and critique on this forum? Or do I need to post this on a website or ftp site(which I don't have either)? I wanted to ask before just doing it and then being flamed or scolded for doing so. Thanks Hammer

I'd like to see your work :-) People don't seem so quick to ignite in here. It's a nice forum.

Thanks, but I'd rather hear the ok from Crescent. I appreciate your kindness though. :)

Please post away - so long as it's within TOS. Sorry I didn't respond yesterday - I popped in to check on things early in the morning before you posted and I was busy all night last night, so I couldn't check in on the forum. (And it was a waste of time, at that! I want those hours of my life back!) Looking forward to reading your story, Cres

BTW: If you do a copy/paste from MS Word to the forum, you may have some strange typos appear. I've had to copy/paste to Notepad, then copy/paste from Notepad to Rendie for it to work properly. It's a problem with Word's formatting, not Rendie. If the story is really long, you might want to break it up over a few posts. (They can stay in the same thread, or break it up over a few threads if the story has definite sections, it's up to you.)

Alright, thanks Crescent.

From past experience Hammer, I've found that if a post is too long most people won't give it a quality read. Crescent's advice to make it short is best.
