Attached Link: Ah... that's it! Right there! Just behind the ear! Yeah! Yeah! That's gooooood!

Don't know why, really! Just haven't got round to it. But I wandered in here and someone mentioned something about dinosaurs and I was inspired. Well, kind of. "Ah... that's it! Right there! Just behind the ear! Yeah! Yeah! That's gooooood!"

You can tell I haven't posted here for a while, either. I thought 'caption' meant a caption for the picture. Doh!

Great image, could have been in our August challenge:-) Guitta

Cheers, Gebe, but the ones you have already are way better than mine! I have a way to go yet! I'm only really just getting to grips with Vue, really, despite having had Vue4 since it came out and having had Vue 2 before that. It's only now that I can really say that I'm happy with some of the results I'm getting. My problem has always been 'photorealism'. Convincing and interesting lighting in particular I find difficult, and tends to be what I try to focus on.

No, no, your image looks great. Of course, all the other images already in the challenge are so good that it will be especially difficult to choose a winner this month. There is not ONE image what's, let's say, "half good". :-)Next challenge maybe. Don't be timid. You cannot loose any thing. Guitta

LOL, this is funny, you did good here. Like the mist effect too. Sharen

I like this too. How did you get that mist effect? Kevin

Kevin,

It does have quite heavy ground fog done in the conventional way via the atmosphere editor, but the effect is enhanced a lot with a quadratic spot with light gel shining through trees that are off screen.
