Do you have an object in the Poser studio that you had to "scale down" to 3-4% so that it would appear to be the correct size? Here's how to change the object's "scale" back to 100% (so that you can make finer adjustments to it's size) without changing the object's visual size. Adjust the object so that it is the size you want and then just "export" the object from Poser and then immediately "import" the object back into Poser. When the object is "imported"*, the visual size will be the same visual size that was "exported" but the object's "scale" will now be 100%. ** NOTE: Don't forget to UNcheck the "percent of figure size" when "importing" the object back into Poser.* Now "save" your object back to the "props" library and it will be saved and then load with a "Scale" of 100%, but the correct visual size. BTW - If you have created an object (to scale) in RDS, 1. IMPORT the object into Poser. IMPORTANT ---> (UNcheck the "*Percent of standard figure size:*" box) 2. Change the imported objects "Scale" to 4.2%. 3. [menu]---> "Drop figure to floor" 4. Export the "object" 5. Import the "object" Now the object will be exactly the correct size in Poser and it's "Scale" will be 100%. For objects created in Carrara, change the Scale of the imported object to 1.5% instead of 4.2% (used for RDS). Have fun modeling and ... cheers, dr geep ;=] P.S. I probably should have put this post in the "Tech" forum but I thought more of you folks might see it here. :o) P.P.S. FREE Poser ready "scale" props - just drop me a line. ;=]
