I'm searching everywhere for a particular chair once known as an "ice cream chair". These were used a lot by sidewalk cafes etc and made from heavy wire or thin steel rod in a wrought iron style construction, usually with a heart shaped or oval back. Brass plated version with pink furry cushions in the 60's for ladies dressing table was also popular. Would appreciate if anyone knows a link. Thanks, Tommy.

I knew my obsessive downloading would be worthwhile someday :-) It's in Baument's great archives - WoolWorthStool.zip I think this is what you want."Democracy is a pathetic belief in the collective wisdom of individual ignorance." - H. L. Mencken

Thanks for the help guys, coolers example is close to what I need. Time now to take a hunt around the favourites to search for "parlour chair" Tommy.

thomasrjm, If you come up empty on your search, let me know. I should have some modelling time available Thursday & can whip something up for you. (I've pretty much cleared my calendar in anticipation of flying down to DragonCon :-)

Hi cooler, yep the search did come up rather empty although I did find a tubular folding chair that I'll use. Thanks for the modelling offer, I do have a set of original wire chairs in my backyard and can send a couple of digital pics in the morning for you to look at and would appreciate a model if not too difficult or time consuming. Thanks, Tommy.

if possible at least a front & side pic (a shot from the back would help too) coolerBear@att.net & I'll have something for you Thursday.

Hey cooler, nice job on the chair! And just for the record, the first chair you showed above appears to be the one originally by -3- and used in Ikyoto's bar/club set still available at his Loresinger site.

That's very possible Nance, thanx for the heads up.. I'm sure I have several other props by -3- & probably got them all from the same place.
