Hey guys, long time.. Problem, just got a new comp. Put my Poser4 onto it, adding in all my characters Ive made, no prob..put together another new one tried to add it to the list, adds &works however on the side bar its only a white circle. So I tried justpulling any old character already on the side bar & renamed it & added it. Same thing just a white circle. It works fine but you cant see it in the bar..HELP!! ~Wolff~

um... oh, wait! when you say 'white circle...' do you mean like it is making a thumbnail of the plain beige, with the lighter beige circle in the middle, but with no figure and drop shadow on it?? i thought you meant the + on the bottom of the library turned into a white circle.... im confoozed. at any rate, that's very weird. :/ try changing the colour depth to something else? (hi colour or true colour or whatever?)

grin yep thats what I meant.. Well what I tried so far was to set up the new comp & poser program settings the same as on the old comp. the only diff being that the old is 95 & new is 98 though I cant imagine that would do it. I wrote to metacreation but no answer there yet. good suggestion though. That was what I thought too. new twist... I made the charcter on the new comp, then I zipped the rsr & cr2...moved them to the old comp,it showed up as te white circle..opened the character in a pic, looked good... readded it to the library.. the icon came up as it should. rezipped & transported it to the new comp & now it shows... hmmm looks like Ill have to save my work & uninstall then reinstall poser I hope.
