Subject: Visa purchase problem

Hi I'm trying to order an item from the store with my Visa card, but every time I submit the order I get a response saying that neither my address nor zip code match. I'm in the UK and have entered the address and postal code correctly, ensuring that all required fields have been completed. I've not had this problem at any other site. Any ideas?

Yes - We use the AVS system for security. Some smaller banks and credit unions dont support this feature. As well as some international banks. We can process your order manualy if you like. Just let us know. Clint
