I present this ring (Rhino) and this is rendered with a preset sky. Instead, I'd like to place this ring on a full scr jpg pic. What do I use? Tnx

Aye, sir I'm not quite sure what you mean. Are you trying to convert this image as a whole to a .jpg? It's already done! Are you trying to make it fill a standard screen (1024x768, my standard, not necessarily anyone elses)? Just re-render it, use the document setup ot change the size. Or, are you trying to take JUST the ring and merge it with a separate, existing image? If it's the last, I suggest Photoshop or some other image app... Just render as Mask in Bryce, with the ring object selected, open both files in Photoshop, use the select color range tool, then run it as a layer in Photoshop! Fun stuff!

Depending on the pic you are pasting it into you'll want to make sure the lighting on the ring matches the lighting in the pic. For example, if your pic is an outide scene, you'll want a light bluish light on the ring, but if it's an inside picture, you'll surely want more of a yellow tint with more ojects reflected in the ring.

I'm unable to say anything until I've tried my 1st one.

The "Render as Mask" option is in the render settings, just click the little tab to the right of the render buttons...
