I've had a load of mails lately asking about Poser to Max tutorials so until Konans plugin is ready heres how to do it the old way :o) http://the-internet-eye.com/HOWTO/2000/PosertoMax/default.htm And speaking of the Internet EYE http://www.3dmodelworld.com is now open and full of textures......Steverobert.sharkey posted Wed, 15 March 2000 at 3:58 PM
Hello Steve Thanks for your tutorial poser to max. I create with max all my props, hope your the man who could give me the answer about my problem: I load the head from the geometrys folder in max for the reference. After i've created the headpiece (for example) and exported it as an object-file, the prop would not fit correct in poser. It's always a little bit behind, do you know what i have to do to eliminate this problem ? Thanks SHARKEY

I've been getting loads of problems with re-sizing in the new version too...I haven't really looked into how to fix it though I just used 3ds instead as these come in and out at the right size........thing is i always finish off in cinema, doing the materials ect. coz i know my way around it better so its not been a big prob for me.......there is an old thread on the max forum which shows the obj plugin settings if you hunt that down it might help......Steve
