I just upgraded my system to XP and had to download the XP GeForce 2 most recent driver for it, called the Detonator. I was prepared to remove the faulty nvopengl.dll again, when to my surprise I couldn't find it. I opened Vue and started a scene and was pleasantly surprised to see the fragmented, work space of old, when I opened a few items and moved them around and found that solid shaded primatives didn't break down. I'm hoping that the bug is a thing of the past now, knock on wood. I never dreamed that upgrading my operating system and downloading new drivers would provide such a boon.

Hi Tomsde, are you talking about the latest Detonator40 drivers? because, the problem is still prevalent with the previous drivers set (30.32 or something), for me. ta, -Sascha.rb

I downloaded the most recent driver earlier this week, so whatever they are numbered. I don't know if the difference is operating system dependant or if they made the same changes in the Windows '98/Me drivers you'll have to check.

Tried the new one. Nothing is better than before. Vue OpenGL still totally sucks on GeForce based cards. E-on are eons away from decent OpenGL performance.
