How does one go about getting an academic discount on Poser 5? I read their FAQ, but was only confused. Here's the link. http://www.curiouslabs.com/article/archive/52 Can anyone help with this? I live in North America, and I'm a high school student.

Attached Link: Poser 5 Academic

Try Creation Engine ($199). Generally, they require something like a photocopy or fax of a current school ID, but the folks there are real helpful in explaining what they need.

I am definitely interested in owning Poser 5. What is the difference between the full version and the academic?

There's no difference.

You can't normally use an academic version to make money. Other than that they are normally the same product, although in some instances you only get .pdf literature instead of hardcopy manuals.
