I'm trying my hand at making some models and characters for Poser, and also want to make some cool texture and bump maps for them. Any recommendations for resources for making my own textures and bump maps? It's something I want to release in the marketplace, so I want to make my own. I'm new to this part of it. I'm looking specifically for skin (non-human) and surfaces like hoofs, horns, etc. I'm well-versed in Photoshop, and have installed the lite version of UV Mapper. Thanks!! --silver

I try to find decently large images online from photo resource sites such as www.gettyimages.com and use them to sample my textures from. or even just a google image search (www.google.com) can sometimes yeild good results. Rawn
