This isn't a product endorsement. Just a heads up. This seems to be the first Poser 5 marketplace item on sale here at Rendersosity. Looks cool! Let the flood begin! -jjsemp (Do I get some kind of prize? ;-)

It's a not too unreasonable $20.00! And Neftis is one of the best around when it comes to making hair. So, the fun has started! Woo-hoo!

I agree Neftis is one of the best when it comes to hair, that's why I'm disappointed...the Yann hair Style for Poser 4 looks much better......I would have thought a Poser 5 version would have looked better....:>(

The hair is dynamic though, the best looking hair I've seen so far Dizzie for P5. If they can do stuff like this, there's no end. The only thing I'm really worried about is how long it takes to render. Just Yann hair takes forever to render, I wonder how long this strand stuff takes! :P

If it's in prop format, you could try loading it in Poser 4 and finding out. I'm not sure if P4 would ignore all the extra dynamic-hair info in the file, however. Perhaps you could somehow extract the geometry as a static mesh and import it.

maybe more importantly..he made the hair from within Poser 5.... think about that a bit.... now, I'm not a hairdresser...I've tried doing my own in photoshop as post...what a waste of time that was...so not sure I can design my own in P5...but I'm sure going to try.... I think most of us will still end up buying the stuff if its too difficult to accomplish...but I have to at least try it...kinda like trying to fix my washing machine maybe...the repair guy enjoyed the laugh and also the addtional cash he made fixing what I broke
