hey..that's great !!! now, did you have to choreograph the hair, or does it follow the figure. Very good dancing by the way :)

I have that same motion-capture file. :)
Lady Cherry:
Link to DivX 5 codec
NOTE: Don't download and install the free Pro version of DivX 5 unless you're willing to deal with the GAIN adware/spyware. The regular version of DivX 5 works perfectly fine for viewing.

I just saw your AVI. It looks like P5 hair doesnt have collison detection at all?? Waldoo
Little_Dragon posted Tue, 10 September 2002 at 1:10 AM
There's a option for collision in Hair Dynamics. It'll keep the hair from penetrating other objects. I'm not sure if it'll keep individual strands from penetrating other strands; the calculations necessary for that would be tremendous.

IT answered my question!! Thank you little dragon!! Cant wait to get my copy of Poser 5. Waldoo
-Waldo- posted Tue, 10 September 2002 at 1:31 AM
Do Poser 5 have wind function included? I think I saw it somewhere in the manual. Correct me if I'm wrong please. Waldo
Little_Dragon posted Tue, 10 September 2002 at 1:37 AM
The manual calls them "force field generators." They look like those big Hollywood wind machines, and have all sorts of settings for intensity, turbulence, etc. So yes, you can have your dynamic hair and cloth flapping in the breeze.
