Just a few easy ones, please.... What figures come with it? What clothes come with it? What props come with it? Has anyone tried the parameter dials group function? Has anyone tried to get crosstalk yet? Does the magnifier suck? When will my copy get to Europe? Will she love me when I'm old and gray? Thanks mac

Figures: Don, Judy, Will, Penny... each with a nude and a casual version. Don and Judy each have high and low res as well. The old animals. The past version figures. the cartoon character figues from Pro Pack. Clothes: lots, for all 4 characters. (conforming) there is also a small but nice-looking selection of cloth-type clothes (under Props) for the 2 adults and the girl. The clothing is quite nice looking. Maybe someone with more patience than me will post screen shots of the libraries. :) Not much new in Props other than the cloth objects and a P5 box. There are more props and clothes on the content CD but I haven't gotten that far yet. Maybe, but not me. Ditto. Yes, the magnifier appears to suck. One day earlier than you expect. Hell, mac, maybe, if you're patient, she'll come 'round by then. Phoenix

Mac: It also comes with all the old hair and 22 dynamic hair props. The new hair is great! The zoom tool sucked the first time I tried it and worked fine the second time. I think it takes some getting used to. Can't say about your last two questions.

Quick hint on the zoom tool. It actually moves your camera. If you want to retain the camera position you have before zoomingm, save to a camera dot. This way when you are finished with the zoom and want to get back to the original camera position you can just select it from the camera dot. This is one of the many hints that will be on my Poser 5 training video.

Great.....at least I know what to expect when I open the danged thing. Had horrible visions of default furry animals or robots or something. I'm looking forward to having lean, mean parameter dials and getting rid of crosstalk. And not having to change lenses all the time. I don't suppose they added a shortcut for the Aux camera. That would be too much to ask.... Getting to europe? Well, my best guess is in a week, but then it has to travel via scotland to italy, so that adds another 2 weeks. Sucky! Will she love me when I'm old and gray? Doubtful, since she can barely stand me now. LOL mac

Urk LD, We cross-posted. You mean the bloody magnifier moves the camera??? Well, glaze me in honey and baste me for 40 minutes in a slow oven! That REALLY sucks! What's the point in having a magnifier that you can't unmagnify?? Gnark!! mac

Ooooo.... Glazed Honey! In my best Homer voice That would be a 2D zoom tool. I agree that it would be awsome but there was no time to code it. Saving the camera dot takes an axtra side street but does work well. You can also hold the Ctrl key down while zooming and it will zoom back out. Kuro: I know what the correlation is but what's the fun in just telling. Here is a hint... DANGER ---- -------- DANGER!

Great images, thanks so much for taking the time to make those. I'm surprised by the amount of clothing items they included this time, even if we just concentrated on making transparency maps for them all to alter them, they would last a while. I rang the CL Dublin office this morning to find out when to have the red carpet rolled out.
Apparantly it will be next week before P5 hits European users doorsteps. They are waiting for the stuff to arrive from the USA. The route is then (for you) Ireland--->Scotland--->Italy. ;0)
Almost identical to the route of some of the Early Christian Irish Monks to Bobio and elsewhere!

One question I have on the P5 Figures. How are they cut (grouped), like the P4 figures or like the Eve/Millenium figures?
