I know this has been discussed a lot, but how would one take advantage of this if their machine is not connected to the internet? I have one machine on a small home network for general use and 2D apps, and a 2nd machine for 3D apps (like Poser). I've managed to keep the 2nd machine pretty clean by NOT connecting to the net. I really hate having to connect it to the net, but I guess I will if it's worth it. Doc

It has been stated that you can also connect to CP by a direct URL: http://www.contentparadise.com. Therefore, you should still be able to keep your primary system offline while getting new content from the connected system. You will, however, lose the "advantages" of the download manager and the auto-install features. But some people like to have more control over their systems than that allows.

NP. I may be critical when necessary, but I also deal in fact when available. :0)

If you read the website it was supposed to have stuff a long time ago, but there is nothing there. Wonder when they will have the new animals for the "free" download? Marque
