Hi guy's,
Gotta question from a pal in an other forum I couldn't answer. Can you help me/him ?
"What is the best way to import poser .obj's and/or bryce files into adobe illustrator? can they be vectorized?
typically, I just export from Bryce as a .psd - then finish it up in photoshop, but this time, I need to put some bryce stuff into illustrator, and I'm not sure how."
I'd appriciate a fast response

I would very much doubt it. An OBJ is just 3D information for use in a 3D package. I'm not sure what the purpose of this would be. AI can only deal in two dimensions. I'd say he's on a lost cause there...

IANAE, but can't you import tiff into AI? Or JPG? Just like you do in Photoshop. No, I don't think you can get a vector format from Bryce, just bitmaps. You'll have to calculate the size of the Bryce pic on the basis of what you need in AI.

You gotta use adobe streamline to vectorize your 3D image.
