Not sure which one I like more, but I'm kinda leaning toward the B&W, although the rust portion probably works best in color. Both nice.

Darnit. I feel redundant. (Don't ask me why... it must be the time of the week ... hehehe) This is a kewl version, though IMHO I think it needs more contrast to bring out the textures more. I love the colored one, nice color contrasts there. :-) (*

The color version just works so well for me....I agree with Jovan that more contrast on this might bring out the textures more....not that I don't like this one...but the colors, those gorgeous colors!!!!.......oooooooo.......

I like the colour version Misha but like the B&W version I think it would benefit from some side lighting, think its down to the time of day you took the picture. You could try another shoot when the light is more dramatic. :O)

I agree with what's already been said (late again!) I think this one has great potential with a little post work & I love the colour one.

Coloured 1 is wicked, but I like this better... do think it would benefit from a lil more contrast though =) xXxXx

Oh Man! This is so great! (both versions) Thanks for posting these Michael, I remember you telling me you went to the Railroad Museum, but that seems like aeons ago in my crazy schedule now! (sounds like you are experiencing similar RW circumstances from your opening comments) I must admit, the colours on your linked image blow me away, but I love the b&w one for the sheer texture-fest! Cool! Thanks again!! (Sorry I'm so late replying)
