Turns out at least one of the users (me), was the weakest link. I stupidly confused the 0 with the O and was unable to use the serial number. Also when prompted during registration for the serial number of your previous Poser product use Poser 4 NOT THE PRO PACK SERIAL NUMBER!! Even though they asked me for that when purchasing. The new interface looks great and I am all aghast at cool new stuff, I am a bit overwhelmed but I will adapt. Cheers all.
