As I go through the Poser character library, I'm starting to notice a lack of standards. Sure, this may seem like it is ""nit-picking", but it's also something that could have EASY been caught by Quality Control. Some examples:
-
ALL of the Poser 5 clothing starts with "p5..." (such as "P5Male" and "P5Female"). WHY?? Just stick the object in the "Clothing- P5 Male" folder. There's no need to use extra (and confusing) names.
- There are a number of "numbered" pieces of clothing, but there is an odd numbering scheme: there is a "P5GirlPartyOufit2" and "P5GirlPartyOutfit3", but no "1". There is a "P5WomanBikini2" and "P5WomanBikni3", but no "1". Did something not install correctly?
- Why do the objects in the "Clothing- P5 Female" start with the word "P5Woman"? Shouldn't it be "P5Female"? The male clothing (in the "Clothing- P5 Male" folder) starts with "P5Male". Is this some form of sexism?
- Why do half of the objects in the "Clothing- P5 Female" folder start with "P5Woman" and the other half start with "P5Womans" (with an "s")?
- Why is the P5 Boy clothing object called "Pyjama" but the P5 Male and P5 Male clothing objects are called "Pajama" (different spelling)?
- Why are some shoes called "RunningShoes", but in some folders, they're called "RunShoes"? --John
