Does any one at Curious Labs, or anywhere else for that matter, have a guide to the various settings in the cloth room. For example the cloth density dial. I've been experimenting with this and can appreciate the different results. My initial thought was do I turn this a little or a lot? Will a variation of 0.001 change it from silk to rubber or do I need to go up to 100.000? The manual does give some info but since it only notes one setting the degree to which it should be changed is left to guesswork. Now I can go through each dial, note the settings and the results but this is very time consuming. I just wondered if someone had already done it. Need not be very scientific, but a set of rule of thumb settings would certainly speed things up.
Many thanks.

Some knowlegeable person needs to set up a chart of many different materials and their settings. Thats what's missing from the book

Phil, The Cloth simulation is the same as in the Max plugin Stitch. I was told by someone here (I forget who, sorry) that searching Max bulletin boards would lead me to a cornucopia of settings to represent real-world cloth. The creators of this technology (Size8 Software) might have some of the same. Not being familiar with Max boards, I haven't tried it. :) Phoenix
