What's going on today? For the last hour or two, I keep being asked to log back in even though I've just logged in... but soon as I go to a different section, it asks me to login again. Tried to make a purchase today and go the error Order Processing Failure! Failed merchant rule check Only just made a purchase yesterday with the same details... What's going on?

We upgraded the servers and working out the kinks. Thanks for the information. Please give it another try. It looks to be resolved in regards to the checkout. Clint

I was getting a message saying "ZipCode and Address don't match, hit back button" when I made a purchase the other day and I tried 5 times. On the 5th try, I got through, but when I looked at my online bank statement yesterday, it showed the sale going through 5 times. How can this get fixed?? I called Bondware and they promised to get back to me since yesterday and today is another day and I'd like to know if I am going to be charged 5 times for the same products I purchased?

msebonyluv, I can take care of that right away. I checked your purchase history and do not show any duplicate purchases. What was the purchase date and Order ID number of the purchase? Clint

The purchase date was Wednesday October 2nd, 2002 Order number #78599 Thats the only one I got...but yet I have the same amount of the purchase pending on my bank statement 5 times. Your help will be greatly appreciated in clearing up this matter.

I called your bank on Thursday after your phone call, and they were going to take care of it. I'll call them back on Monday, since I'm at home and dont have all the information. Sorry for the inconvenience. Jenifer
