Hello. Don't know if there are other european people that have ordered their Poser 5 copy from the Curious Labs store. I did and the date stated the 16th Spet. as later date for shipping. Now my account still reads processing order and even the main order page reads preorder! So are every european orders still on hold!?

I ordered mine in august & had an expected delivery date of 26/8/02. In another thread it turns out there was a slight (major) cockup with our boxes which meant instead of arriving in Ireland to be shipped out to us they appeared as if by magic in Germany. Hopefully we'll be hearing in the next few days when we can expect to get those cardboard carriers of fun & frustration within our collective grasps. Rob

I'm in the same situation, pink999, still waiting... Don't trust the delivery date stated, it's appears to be something the ordering system sets totally by itself. Mine still says 26 Aug. The fact that you ordered an upgrade should not matter, it's exactly the same box and content regardless of if you ordered a full version or an upgrade. The only difference is the price you paid.

I'm in the same situation, processing. I ordered the update on august 24. I like boxed products, but what I really want is the software.
Why Curious labs don't put in their page a downloable version?. As Caligari, when I bought Truespace, in the same moment, I downloaded the software and manuals, and some days later I received the shipped product with the CD and the book, but I already had the software installed and working with it.
Happy rendering! In P4, for now.

CL did explain what the problem had been in an earlier thread, well worth reading for the humour if nothing else. The greatest part of wisdom is learning to develop the ineffable genius of extracting the "neither here nor there" out of any situation...."
