Okey-dokey, a little background here. I've rebuilt this computer 5 times, from the time it was a 386 with 2 mgs. of RAM. I'm very well versed in Computerize. But, It's been 7 years since I've played around with DOS. Here 's the situation. I'm moving, I can't find my Computer reference books and just had to install a new hard drive on my little PC. (It's now a Pentium 133 with 16mgs of RAM and the hard drive is a 4.3 gig) The bios first only recognized 540 mgs. I didn't know this until I'd already installed Win 95, so I thiought when I reconfigured the BIOS I'd be fine after I re-installed Win 95 ... not it won't come up and I, silly me, forgot how to write the command (from the emergency startup disk) to erase, or reformat the hard-drive to install Win 95 clean. Anybody out there shaking their head in bemusement, if you could help me out I'd be ever so greatful. Pleaase e-mail me at boni_m@yahoo.com. Sincerely (hanging my head sheepishly) Boni
