Hi all. I've seen in the tutorials forum a tutorial for rays with Vue, that use cilinders and beams. Ok, it's very beautiful, and it work very nice. I would know if there's the possibility to create rays in atmosphere only with the settings of sky, sun, clouds and lights. I've tried to make it but i'm not able. I used volumetrical sky, volumetrical sunlight and volumetrical clouds. Nothing. ?? Ciao :-))))

No, you have to use cylinders, volumetric spotlights and/or gels. There is no feature in Vue to get the beams "automatically". :-)Guitta

Also, if you wand split ray, light gels aren't enough. Use a maple tree in the light's path to achieve that and dont have to much volumetric light quality. But do render at a very good quality!
