How do you save a figure with clothes on?
GeorgeD posted Thu, 23 March 2000 at 1:03 PM
The only way I know of is as a .pz3. If you save it as a .cr2/.rsr the conformed clothes disapear when you load it from the menu. Maybe someone knows of a way...it would make things alot easier:O) GeorgeD

Mason has a prog on his site that will convert a .pz3 to a cr2. You can then call the clothed figure up from your library. Search in the web resources under "mason"

USUALLY (but not always) adding a figure to the library with clothes saved allows you to recall it exactly as you left it. Sometimes - especially with some of the earlier patches - this doesn't work, though.

"Mason has a prog on his site that will convert a .pz3 to a cr2" I've used that converter, moved the .cr2 to the appropriate file - it looks fine the first time I open it and save it to create a new .rsr but the next time I open it only one piece of clothing or the nude figure will be there.

Are you sure you are deleting the new cr2 and retaining the older one? If so, then you might try saving as PZ3 first then just renaming the extension .cr2 instead of PZ3. It should work just fine and I believe windows allows you to rename extensions.

The latest patch 4.0.2.118 allows you to save with conforming clothes.
