Hi.. I was wondering if anybody knows how to make text the way in the picture... Kinda Aqua.. Does anyone know of a tutorial? I have tried with Emboss in Photoshop but it doesnt get the aqua/glassy feature.. Pls help

Hmmm LD, let me see if I can make this work... crossing fingers. I do it with an action from Adobe Exchange.
