I was reading the manual on this room, and I was wondering...is this only for animations or can you use it to do stuff for single frame renders? Thanks, Kevin

You can use it for single frames by setting up the simulation and then rendering the frame that best suits you.

My experience has been that an animation is required. However, the figure need not move. Just setup a range of frames. The default is 30. Keep in mind tho that 30 frames may not be enough to complete the cloth movement. Just experiment and to see what works best. I've actually gone as many as 120. Once the simulation is complete, simply choose the frame you like best. One other important thing to watch for... if the figure is sitting on something, the cloth may not form properly between the figure and the object it's sitting on. As an untested idea, leave some space between the figure and the sitting object. Poser may be able to fit the cloth between the two properly. As I said tho, I have not tested this. Good luck! Doug
