im trying to "mount" a camera in a drivers seat of a CR2 car. I paented it and wanting to make 1st person view of a driving seqyece for a project. i got the AUX cam to lock in the seat, but when i move the car back a bit, the camera starts to fall behind on the axis until it's out of the car all together...how do i lock it in so it stays, and I can film from it with out it moving?

After parenting, did you try locking the camera?

Are oyu trying to edit a CR2 or do this inside Poser? I've tried it inside P4 and P5 (position cam, select it, then select OBJECT>CHANGE PARENT). One thing, I noticed that the camera seems to move after I parent it. But if I move it back then move the child, the cam retains its position relative to the child. Anthony Hernandez Curious Labs

Raz, set the focal length how you want it, then set the scale of the camera to 100%, then parent it to your object. This will fix the problem.
Fore some reason a Poser4 (I don't know about P5) camera won't track its parent properly if the camera scale isn't 100%. You also get this bug if you parent an object to the camera, tracking won't be correct unless the scale of the camera is 100%.
Also note that when you change the focal length of a camera Poser automatically changes the scale of the camera.
