playing with the windforce. some single step how to use. load it in your poserroom. place it where you want the wind to come from. select the hair ( works only on p5 hair and p5 clothes) In the properties of the hair click"recalculate dynamics" if the hair has seperate part ,do it for every single part.

that's a pretty darn decent hairdo, let alone the wind... haven't tried windforce yet...is it hard to do ???
