A major failure of the Level-3 network occurred this morning. This is the main network running through Chicago, New York and the East Coast. It is the network that Yahoo, Amazon.com and several other major sites are on. It is not part of our network, nor part of any of our carrier's networks. It is however used as a major junction for much of the traffic flowing through the US. The outage may cause slowness to you or your customers that try to get to us. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do other then to request status from Level-3 on when the problem will be resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience.
