What the difference since "render 2 disk", takes like 3 times the render time as a regular one???? Kristian

Render to disk allows you to set the dpi resolution and saves memory.

Yes... and due to the resolution setting, you can render an image larger than screen size easily. Also, on a really large render, you may save some time since there are no computer cycles graphically updating the progress. -sk
