Hi, I am having problems downloading the SPace Marine base from Ghost's site so I can use all the great models that Ghost has so kindly made available. The URL is http://members.tripod.com/Phantom9856/wh/WHm.zip Can anyone help or point me in the direction of another URL for this file. Many Thanks Si

THis is, as far as I know, the only URL for this. What, exactly, is the problem? I downloaded it (quite a while ago) with no problems Paul

Paul, When clicking on this link, I get the 'This file is hosted by tripod click here to download' screen. When I click on the pathname to download the zip file the screen just loops. The file is listed within the directory structure but even using ftp results in this same HTML page. Any help ? Cheers Si

Hmmm, I've just downloaded the 2093K zip file from the link in the free stuff pages with no problem. Do you have java turned on - if not, you definately need it turned on. Which browser are you using - I'm running Netscape V3.01 on this machine. Paul

Paul, I am using ie5.0 and it doesn't like it. I am wondering if it has something to do with our proxy server. Is there any other way I could get this file. Si

It could do, I have had problems going through a proxy server in the past. Try contacting Ghost direct and see if he'll send you the file. If that doesn't work, I'll see if it's okay with him for me to send it to you Paul

Just had an idea. My work account will bounce a zip file and Hotmail will say it is to big so e-mail will be no good . I do have a storage area accessable fromt he internet that I havent used yet with Driverway (30Mb storage free). If it is O.K. with you and Ghost, I could give you the login information and eiher you or Ghost could place the file there. Any help would be much appreciated. Si

Right click the link, and choose "Save target As". For some reason the direct link doesn't work right sometimes on the free sites, but this will often take care of it.

I have had to do this some times but no joy with this link. Save target as and open in new window both don't work. Downloading from home on a 56K link is a pain in the backside but it is not usually a problem at work. Some of the downloads in freestuff also cause problems by displaying the same 'click here to download' page and then saying that the file doesn't exist. Thanks for the reply. Si
