I'm not sure if this has come up at all...but the current forum seems to get very crowded very fast and it's difficult to keep tabs on a few threads at once before they are 8 pages back..lol. Especially with the amount of replies some of these threads get, a more organized forum base seems neccessary. Perhaps some sort of BB forum? These offer categories and subcategories and special types of threads (polls, sticky threads, etc) and also offer page breaking for long threads. Not to mention the poll feature would take a load of AgentSmith's back for contest voting, because all of the votes would automatically tally. Also, if an artist wanted to suggest several pictures for criticism, using the current forum he/she would have to post 2 or more messages if they were not using html. A BB forum offers simple tags for adding source linls for images, so multiple image messagess would be a snap. Just my thoughts...tell me what you think

Sounds like a good idea to me, If that can be done here on renderosity.

If you select "mark as read" only new replies will appear when you com to this forum. Then if you want to look at all threads you select archive. Just FYI if you didn't know it.

I agree that the format is weak. I also like the phpBB style of board, but I think Renderosity likes their .ez web site, so I doubt that'll change. I am going to follow Aldaron's advice though, it should make things a tad easier.
