Zippo has one over at Laboratory 108. Look in the Electrical section.
You can find another at Two-Sword's site.
The 3D Studio has a couple of cell-phone meshes in its Electronics section (in .3ds format).
Amazing 3D Graphics has three cell-phone meshes in .3ds format.
