I'm trying to create my own character by exporting the P4NudeWoman to Rhino to work on, or at least some parts of her. It's the export/import I'm having problems with. 1. Using Traveller's tut on full body morphing, I downloaded Compose to make a single mesh.obj while saving all of the info re: parts. I'm okay to the part where the program has read the P4NudeWoman.obj file, merged all of the parts, and name the new object Body. But at that point, there's supposed to be a folder on the left that says "Body_jv." There's nothing on the left. That side has gone gray, as have the buttons below. I've written to John Wind, creator of Compose, but haven't heard back. 2. Using Traveller's tut on the basics of morphing in Rhino, plus the Poser manual, I use Obj23dm to convert an obj. body part to a Rhino file. I use the Flow Along Curve command, as he suggests, which doesn't change the number of vertices, as far as I can tell. I don't touch any of the control points. But when I get it back into Poser, I get "Incorrect number of vertices." I've tried this several times with the same result. If I don't do anything to the body part in Rhino, it's okay back in Poser. Any suggestions on either problem?
