I downloaded this texture for Daz Vicki and transferred it to an enlarged P4 Fem map. Clever eh?.......hmmmnnnn. Is there a way of removing the underlying eyebrow 'bump'from the mesh without having Pro-Pack? It's making the character look old, haggard and unuseable. I'm stumped.
Thanks in advance.
Mike

Thats a p4 female morph. He is using Vicki. Mike you can make it invisible in P4 in the materials editor. Ron

Thanks again Ron. I am useing the P4 female with a freebie Vickie Texture transferred onto a P4 female template. It's a good result though, because I enlarged the standard P4 template 500% to match the size of the high res body and head image instead of decreasing the size of the images to match the template. I don't have Vickie or Michael yet but I think some would be amazed what you can do with the standard P4 stuff. Mike

I love the p4 characters. I can make them look like just about anybody. Ron

you CANNOT make P4 female's eyebrows invisible because there is nothing beneath them. no eyebrow = ugly black holes in her head. a morph is the only way that I know of

The problem with the eyebrows on the P4 figures is that the designers were hell-bent on them being projections from the skull, and to circumvent the organic smoothing that Poser applies to geometries, they added a butt-load of hidden polys inside the face where the brow meets the skull. It's a royal pain in the posterior to drag all of them out and then reorganize all these extra vertices to a smooth surface -- which results in vertical distortion of the brow section of the texmap. You'd have to edit the texmap to make the brows taller for reverse compensation. I think the only solution would be to add another mostly transparent brow layer prop to the head with .CR2 hacks to ensure the brow layer obeys the brow dials. Euugh.
