Hi,

I tried to create a new face using the face room - but it didn't work.... The points are anywhere but not on the right places in the face. I tried to pull these points to the right places but the result was not better...

Do You have some hints for me - I read the whole part about the face room in the poser 5 manual... but didn't find any help......

Thank You so much..

Hrm, some one posted that you had to move the lines to the right place before moving the dots. I don't know if this makes sense I haven't tried making a face yet.

I had the same problems when I first started playing with it... here's THE best advise you'll hear to get you started: DO NOT start moving the green dots around right away. See those little buttons to the left of the front/side view images? Use those to scale, poistion and orient the outline first. Doing this will leave the green dots (and the red lines) in basically the right shape/position... if you just start dragging the green dots around first, you'll likely get them way out of whack. Once you have the outline pretty close, you can fine-tune using the green dots. I screwed around with the green dots for over an hour and ended up with a mess... then I found those buttons on the left and had a pretty decent mapping in about 2 minutes.

Cinema4D Plugins (Home of Riptide, Riptide Pro, Undertow, Morph Mill, KyamaSlide and I/Ogre plugins) Poser products Freelance Modelling, Poser Rigging, UV-mapping work for hire.

I also find that if the dimentions of both faces (front and side views) are close to being the same, you seem to get better results.
