I didn't like Judy's face so I applied the default face (shape only) from the face room, and scaled it up 5-6% to get a nice looking face. Then I saved this as my default Judy only to find that Poser 5 no longer recognizes her as a Poser 5 figure in the face room and any subsequent changes make her head pop off. Is there an easy way for me to reinstall just the Judy files?

I suppose you can find the original Judy cr2 file somewhere on the Poser 5 Application CD and copy it to your runtime. I don't have the CD readily available right noow, so I can't check, though...

Keldrek, I think the individual files are compressed until you install them. Theresa, Several ideas come to mind. Here they are: (1a) Copy one of the other Judy CR2s in the P5 folder and rename it to what you need. (1b) Use the CR2 editor to change the model that the CR2 points at in the "Geometries" folder to the appropriate obj files (which should still exist.) I'm not at my home computer. so I can't help now, but ask someone in Renderosity here where the default Judy obj folder is if you need to do do.) And this CR2 should be as good as new. (2) Or you could you install a second copy of your runtime folder elsewhere (as a backup) and copy the missing file into your old runtime? I know. you still have to reinstall, but at least you will be prepared for the future. I hope this helps.

or you have changed the name of the cr2 after modified the face? try to change the name back to judy.

lordbyron, you are correct, I just checked the CD... There is however a pz3 file with Judy on the Application CD in the folder "Bonus Content", the CR2 contained in that file should be possible to use. Load the file and save Judy as a cr2. I'm sure the obj file is still intact, so the pz3 should load correctly.

I thought the service pack fixed the head popping off thing. However, I have the problem still because it would not update judy after altering the cr2 in MM.
